Our plans will deliver huge benefits to Lea Bridge including regenerating a decommissioned former gasworks site, providing much need new housing, new public spaces and funds for London Borough of Waltham Forest to spend on local infrastructure and improvements.
Further to this, the proposals for Lea Bridge Gasworks will also provide a new NHS Health Centre, much-needed in the local area, alongside a 50-place children’s nursery.
We want to work together with the community to ensure that the redevelopment of the site brings real benefits to the local area.
